1. Agreement

By accessing or using AI Combinator, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The agreement is between you and Arka Enterprise, whose principal business address is Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

2. Nature of the service

AI Combinator is a satire and educational simulator that generates fictional partner-style commentary on startup ideas you submit. It is not affiliated with Y Combinator, is not an official application or admissions channel, and does not provide investment, legal, or professional advice. Outputs are generated by automated systems and must not be relied upon as factual or authoritative.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must use the service lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing content.
• Introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, or disrupt the service or third-party systems.
• Present outputs as official communications from Y Combinator, its partners, or any third party.
• Scrape, resell, or systematically extract the service except as permitted in writing.

4. Accounts and your content

You may use the product with or without optional sign-in. You are responsible for activity under your credentials. You retain ownership of material you submit; you grant Arka Enterprise a non-exclusive licence to host, process, and display that material solely to operate AI Combinator, including storage of results where the product is configured to do so and optional public leaderboard features only if you opt in.

5. Fees and payments

Where fees apply, Arka Enterprise supplies a digital service. Payments are processed by independent providers (such as Razorpay). Their terms and privacy notices apply to payment data they handle. Prices, taxes, and currency are as shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arka Enterprise disclaims implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. For paid evaluations, our refund and cancellation practices are described on our Cancellation and Refunds page.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arka Enterprise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it shall be limited to the greater of amounts you paid to us for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event or one hundred (100) INR, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require application of another jurisdiction's laws. Subject to non-waivable rights you may have under consumer protection rules in your country of residence, you and Arka Enterprise agree that the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify active users where contact details are available. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by law.
