Cancellation and refunds

This policy sets out how cancellations, refunds, and billing support work for paid digital evaluations.

1. What you purchase

When you pay for an evaluation, you are purchasing a digital service from Arka Enterprise: the right to run AI Combinator's pipeline on your submission (including AI processing, optional interview steps, and verdict generation where applicable). No tangible goods are sold.

2. Before the evaluation runs

If you have not completed checkout, you may leave the payment flow at any time. If payment has succeeded but the evaluation has not yet started in a material way (for example, heavy compute or third-party model calls have not been invoked for your submission), you may request cancellation; we will review such requests in good faith and, where appropriate, issue a refund within a reasonable period to the original payment method.

3. After processing has begun or completed

Once partner-style evaluation has meaningfully started, or after results have been delivered to you, fees are generally non-refundable, because the service consumes compute and paid third-party capacity that cannot be recovered. Exceptions may apply where required by mandatory consumer law, in cases of duplicate charges, or where we verify a material technical failure attributable to our systems or configuration—in those cases Arka Enterprise may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund, credit, or re-run of the evaluation.

4. How to request support

Please contact us through our Contact page with your submission identifier, approximate time of purchase, and (if available) a payment receipt or transaction ID. We will investigate and respond in line with the timelines described there.

5. Payment processors

Payments are processed by Razorpay (or another provider we may enable from time to time). Those providers maintain their own dispute and chargeback procedures. We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback where possible, so we can attempt to resolve the matter without unnecessary friction.
